On the local scene, he has been compared to 1999 Under-20 star Ronald Mbambara because of similar playing style; flair, tricky footwork and all that goes with the modern wingers like Cristiano Ronaldo, Nani or Quaresma thus leading to some fans calling him the ‘Zambian CR7.

After being touted by the Chipolopolo Boys coach as the best Zambian player at the Cosafa Senior Challenge in August 2007, the 18 year old will be looking to pay the faith shown by the Frenchman.

But for the team to benefit from the exploits of this wing wizard, Renard has to deploy him on the flanks NOT in a more central midfield role.

C’mon Renard the boy is winger, that’s were he has earned his accolades….hold on!!! With Kennedy Mudenda and Sakuwaha set to occupy the left and right flanks respectively, ‘The Zambian CR7’ will be used as an auxiliary midfielder just behind Given Singuluma.
